Reverend Russell Fletcher
Diane and Russell Fletcher are natives of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Together they served some of the larger churches in Mississippi over a 40 year career before taking early retirement to spend more time in Colorado where they had vacationed over the years.
Russell’s ministry has been one of growth in membership, stewardship, and missions. He was in one of the first classes trained in our denomination to become an Intentional Interim Minister. He will be with us in that capacity for three years as we vision, dream, and discern God’s future for us in property, staff, missions, and ministry.
Known as an effective preacher he has conducted over 100 revivals, camp meetings, and evangelism rallies. He has been on the Executive Committee for the Southeastern Jurisdiction Leaders in Evangelism and chaired that committee in his home conference for 13 years.
Russell and Diane, married 43 years, have always been a team with Diane being very involved in the church as well.
The Fletchers have one daughter, Dr. Priscilla Grissom, who along with her husband, Kevin, and their son, Kyler, live in Superior.
