Jesus' Alternative Plan involves all aspects of our lives - and especially how we relate to and prioritize our relationship with God and with God's kingdom. While his instructions about not storing up treasures on this earth, his instance that we cannot serve both God and our stuff, and his admonitions not to worry and not to judge may seem almost impossible, Jesus explains that this is what it looks like to live in beloved community - depending on one another and on God - and in that way, we find our treasure.
