Serving in mission is one of the most important parts of our UMCE Youth program. Every summer, the youth group takes a week-long mission trip. We participate in local, domestic, and international missions. In recent years we have conducted service projects in Montana, Oregon, Alaska, and Washington as well as Colorado-based mission projects in Denver, Evergreen, Alamosa, and La Veta. We have worked with Native American tribes, animal rescue organizations, homeless shelters, programs for survivors of domestic abuse, and many other types of projects. Who knows where God will send us next!
