Time to Slow Down

Martha was busy. Mary chose to slow down, to be still, and to sit with Jesus. The lesson here is not that it is

bad to work, but that there are times to put aside the to-do list and draw near to God. This week we discover

the gift of sitting with Jesus and of contemplative practices that can feed and nourish our active lives.
