Give Up “I Like”

Customize, do it yourself, “have it your way!” Our culture is obsessed with comfort, with preferences. But in a

world of choices how do we find what is good, wise, and true? Paul writes to the church in Philip about his

commitment to the Gospel regardless of his comfort and prays for courage to follow Christ in life and in death.

Paul knew what it meant to suffer but he also knew the power of God to deliver him even from a prison cell.

How might we step out in courage to follow the One who sets us free?
